Internship Opportunities From Moving Picture are also available...
Here's what some of our past Interns have to say:
Moving Picture Intern Debora G on the set of Birdman's "Fire Flame" Music Video

An internship in general is all about what you make of it. It is up to you whether it will be good or bad. I knew I didn't want to waste my time. The time I spent as an intern at Moving Picture was like sharpening up my tools for the broadcast/film industry. I was able to consistantly put hands on the gear and refresh my skills in production and pre-production. I learned a lot and the staff put me at ease to ask questions or discuss any of my doubts.

Moving Picture Intern Jackie B rangles cable during Black Zoe Music Video shoot

I attended NYU, but my internship with Moving Picture allowed me to get real-world experience that the classroom just couldn't provide. I was given a sneak peak of what it would be like to work on set, as well as all the behind the scenes preparation that goes into a variety of productions. Thanks to my experience at Moving Picture and the recommendation they provided, I was able to land another internship with the production company that produces my favorite show: "Anthony Bourdain No Reservations."

Gina G assists in the rigging of Helicopter rig for HBO's show The Pacific

I am from the Miami area and attended UCF - I knew there was a lot of production happening in Miami, but without any contacts in the business I knew starting out would be difficult. The experience at Moving Picture gave me the opportunity to see a variety of jobs in the business and explore which ones were right for me. I was hired immediately following my internship with a local rental house and am now employed at Voice of America in Washington DC.

Dan L stands by for playback during commercial shoot starring Shaggy

Shortly after graduating with a degree in recording arts from Full Sail University, I began an internship with Moving Picture. As an intern, I not only gained hands-on experience with the variety of industry dependent gear MPES rents, but I also learned the etiquette involved with using that gear in a professional scenario first-hand. Knowing how to conduct yourself and interact with producers, directors, and clients is absolutely crucial and it's something that simply can't be taught in a classroom
